To the best of my knowledge when deploying software via GPO, it has to be in Installer packages. MSI files , Transform Files. MST files , and patch files. MSP files. If its not, there are tools available to covert your exe to MSI format. I cant the screenshot you intended to paste, however just go through this article and your GPO should working perfectly.
