Usb floppy drive vista

I think the problem is that the driver supplied on my CD ROM from Sony is not compatible with Windows 10 and my operating system does not have any suitable drivers in the existing folder.

I have checked online several times but without success. Is there any way I can run the floppy drive under a compatibility option and, if so, how do I do that? I have put the requested file in my OneDrive Public Folder. I don't use Office and I don't know if that has any bearing on your accessing the folder.

You can check it under device manager if there are drivers installed for floppy disk. Click "device manager" it will show you all the drivers in your pc. If you can find the driver for floppy disk you can go to your manufacturers website of you computer and check if there's a driver available for your floppy disk and install it. I'm not sure about other versions of Windows; the standard 32 bit version of XP professional doesn't work with this method it doesn't offer a fitting substitute driver, so the original Iomega driver is still needed.
