I've been going through the same issues for months now, and had resorted to sending the bills through to my partner's office, from which they do print go figure! I've now found a way to print from here - albeit a little long-winded and with comparatively poor reproduction.

Go to the Edit tab on the top left of the Telstra pdf and click on 'Take a snapshot', then click on the pdf screen. It will tell you that the selected area has been copied.

You'll have to do this for each page but at least you will be able to print your Telstra bills now. I can't print mine either! Again it is only telstra pdfs. I hope this helps some of you find an easier way to print your Telstra Bills. My bills have only been printing the first page for the past year, although I can view all the pages on the screen. Alternatively, with a decent text editor I can open the PDF and dummy out several troublesome Telstra specific fonts and it will print that way. I suppose this is what you get from a customer focussed, Phillipines based communications and technology company. Please let me know if that helps or not.

Thanks for letting me know, I've forwarded this on now and I'm waiting for direction on how best to proceed here. There was one reply that it is free for people without out internet connection.
