I never have any problem with it until I had a very bad habit to hit a wrong button to turned off the alarm clock then I ended up to have overslept.

So I decided to ordered a different alarm clock to wake me up for good. Have had this clock for around 8 years and have never had a problem with it. Even my hearing wife likes the bed shaker better than a loud, startling alarm clock. During college I had this exact type of alarm clock and it worked perfectly for many years, then I got a second one and that one died after four years.

Recently, I bought another alarm clock, but it has been going off at random times of the day like 4 am, which has been frustrating. I am still hoping to get a replacement from the company, but haven't been successful so far. I LOVE it!!!!! I use this so I can get up for work everyday at 5am.

It is wonderful!!!! I use the lamp and vibrator. It wakes me up on time. So far no problems. My first one served faithfully 20 plus years. The new one is trucking along just fine. An excellent product.

This is 2nd times the DOR bought Sonic Boom for someone who is heavy sleepy and I've used it for a while then it did not vibrate very well.

I get up late for work and so desperately needing of a good vibration that could kick me off the bed!!!

I purchased this alarm less then 2 years ago and was working fine until today. Just out of the blue it stopped working. Checked it over and over and over, the alarm and the shaker do not work.

I really did like this alarm and was shocked it gave out in this short of time. Searching for a new one now. I have had my alarm for over 15 years now, and have never had any issues with it.

My brother has had the exact same model for over 10 years, also no issues! For those who have had problems with the alarm turning on at random times, check the small switch on the bottom that says "receiver" and make sure it is in the off position. Perfect for deaf people. Wakes me up every day. As my hearing goes I needed more help waking.

This did the trick. If you leave the vibrator on top of the sheet it is quite surprising. My Cats all hate it though I have waited for a while for this and I now have one. And it does its thing. I could not longer hear a "regular alarm clock" it was too faint. This clock is nice I can set both the volume and tone of the alarm. I have enough hearing so I don't need the vibrator or light but it is nice to have that option available. Better than the old model! I owned the older black Sonic Boom alarm clock and loved it all to pieces!

But when I got my hearing dog, he woke me up fine with a regular alarm clock so I gave my Sonic Boom away. Now years later, my elderly dog is "retired" from alerting me to sounds I can't hear so I purchased a new Sonic Boom. You may or not ever need the additional functions, but it's nice to have those options. Over the years I have only ever purchased my assistive devices from Harisscomm. They've earned my lifelong loyalty! This clock wakes me up without any problem in the morning.

We gave it to her for Christmas, it was her favorite gift and loves the fact that it always wakes her up. We love every feature on the clock. Now I told my husband it is time for the alarm clock with the lamp cause he will not be around. So I ordered the sonic alert boom box. I did some testing first before using it. Oh , boy , I loved it so much.

Didn't know what we were hearing and seeing at first. When I went to bed I found out. Kept me up all night. Needed the alarm to wake so I couldn't shut it off.

Several times an hour it would wake me. After investigating, I unplugged the lamp, so I don't have that option anymore, and I don't have it going off all day and night. Love it otherwise. He had one several years back and as a young boy, he literally destroyed it. This clock is perfect. It vibrates the bed and the audible tones can be adjusted to the right pitch for him.

The product works as expected. One little disturbance. Whenever I turn on the lamp, the alarm runs a test on itself. The lamp is not plugged into the device but both are plugged into a power strip. I work nights. The volume and vibration work very well in waking me. Love this clock and bed shaker. This is the 2nd clock with the bed shaker that I've owned. The other one lasted about 15 years. Only had this clock for a couple weeks but I love it. I finally have a clock I can hear, I got the shaker also but only used it to see how it worked, don't really need it alarm is all I need don't even have it turned up half way. I only wish the snooze button was as big as the lamp button.

Just bought my 3rd My cat chewed on my 2nd clock power cord and that was the reason I had to buy my 3rd one! On the 2nd day I used this clock, I got up late for work, but havent since. Its a bit different than my last one, but so far, its working great! Super Product! This is a super product! Awesome product! Highly recommended.

I give it a Great Alarm clock!!! This alarm clock is great for people who have a hearing loss. It has cool features like the vibratory that a person can put underneath their pillow. This feature can help wake a person up. What a great features to have.

Really liked it. He likes using both the vibrating device and the lamp switch. Excellent and reliable! This is almost the exact same clock I purchased from Diglo about 17 years ago. Glad they still make it! The add-on Baby Cry Signaler was invaluable when my children were babies. Had the same alarm for about 15 years and just got a new one, the same kind but different color I had black now one new is white it's nice!
