After completing the pre-permit course, you will need to take the Nevada Property Management exam. Some students elect to take pre-testing courses to help prepare for the exam. Class sizes are determined by the admissions office and enrollment is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must register and pay for the course prior to the first day of class.

Scroll down for a listing of all dates and times. The property management permit exam can only be taken at the testing centers in Nevada. Students are encouraged to register for the exam only after the successful completion of the 24 hour course. Students who elect to enroll online will be automatically placed in the next course offering posted.

Students will have the ability to change the course date to a future date through the course confirmation email. Class dates that have reached occupancy are removed from the available course dates. Courses marked as a physical course offering may be changed to LIVE stream video if circumstances require.

The course delivery method MAY change as circumstances require. Specific class sessions will be broadcast via LIVE stream video as well as presented in physical onsite format. Students attending the LIVE stream event will receive the same credit as those attending the physical onsite seminar. All material progress review, and exams are all delivered online at your own pace.

You will be able to access your account from your computer with internet connection. Upon registering you will receive an email with the access information for this course. You will also be given the contact information for questions regarding this online course.
